M.O.R.A. is a sci-fi themed platformer that guides you through the journey of self-discovery. M.O.R.A. is the all-knowing and all-caring AI of a spaceship on it’s way to a new planet. M.O.R.A. ensures optimal health of everyone on the spaceship, so that nobody has to worry about food, exercise or nutrition - until there is an accident.
The game combines storytelling, evidence-based models of behavioral change and sensor data from the Health Kit to let you learn through your avatar what it means to live a healthy lifestyle, all while solving a number of fun puzzles on your way through 12 levels of old school platformer experience.
This game was designed to be tested in a randomized controlled trial to test the efficacy of sleep hygiene education. Good sleep hygiene means to become aware of one’s own behavior (sleep patters, routines, activity levels) in order to improve daily habits that increase sleep quality.
